இ Baŋäŋaz இ
This early beautiful morning heard a 'thud' sound echoing through my window followed with a loud cry by Mango from the kitchen ~ ' 嚇死人' *xià sǐ rén* lit.'scared die people'. In English we do use this phrase "scared to death" its a matter of placing the words. Bear with me for a moment while Bananaz digress with why we are quite sure to say 'die' before an exclamation mark when faced with surprises? Most common, 'Die lah I forgot to turn off the air-con at home' or 'this time sure die one my husband is gonna fly off the handle for damaging his precious car'. Sounds familiar? WhyAskWhy? Sorry no answers this round! Maybe its good to figure it out why, open up our mind to reflect why we subconsciously utter this word 'die' in almost all negativities?
Thanks for your patience let's continue with that loud thud sound. Some fellas have fallen out of bed while jumping sky high guess that's bad parenting with no proper control. If its a human being, no language barrier for Bananaz but the problem is, its a bird. What kind of language to speak to the parents to get a king size bed or build a bigger nest and to tell them off, no jumping on the bed next time? How about 'Chirpy chirpy cheep cheep'?
Both remain still for couple of minutes then got up and up up and away..

After I click on your link on my side bar, I really heard a thud on my window. No birds but my noisy kids.
I have yet to see such a sight although there are lots of birds here. Wonder why they didn't hide among the bushes.
lol the two birds really scare die people! suddenly flew to your house and did that in front of humans. hahas

I also posted my doves with their babies yesterday.Check it out when you're free but no hanky panky act. LOL
hahaha, maybe mango was a little to exaggerating?? just saw a bird on the toilet floor but "scared die people"?? i guess banana instead is "scared die people" with that shout early in the morning..
hahaha, good investigation logic bananaz.. i like how you logically thought how the bird fell down from the ceiling.. nobody have ever expected two birds fell down from their love nest because they were too intense in their love activity!! hahahaha~~
oh my, bananaz should go and get lottery from all toto, magnum and da ma cai!! this is really a rare scene, the birds ignored both of you and continued their lifetime most important mission.. cool~~ :)

That nest has been with us for years and would have produced many young birds as well but could not see them as it was covered up. Morning and evening time could hear them chirping.
[SK] இ: No exaggerating that was really loud thud. That was the washing area near the kitchen. Not sure now how the on gong process of the fall. Right must hentam moreover today is DongZhi good day huh haha.

Heard something about bird nesting in our house like Autumn Belle mentioned, hence the nest built in my house is not demolished. Just that, I haven't caught the birds in action.
